List product collections

Returns a deterministic, paginated list of collections for the `:siteId` in the URL. Pagination uses the public tier default of 20 and maximum of 100. Each item contains only its public wire id, slug, title, description, public image URL, and SEO fields. Internal metadata, storage paths, tenant identifiers, timestamps, and raw UUIDs are never returned. > **Note:** This endpoint requires the e-commerce feature to be enabled on your site.
