Create a sitemap source

Registers an external sitemap source (name + URL) for the current site. The URL must be a publicly reachable http(s) address: localhost, private IP ranges, and sensitive ports are rejected with 422. Defaults `isEnabled` to true and `displayOrder` to 0. Invalidates the SEO cache.
